Since its construction in 1999, this slaughterhouse has been very important in the industry of the slaughtering and processing of meat products in Chile. Our facilities are noted for their efficiency and neatness in the processes, which allowed us to obtain exporting permits and a large national recognition. All our services are certified under the chilean standard of quality NCh 2861: 2004 HACCP and we are also in the "List of establishments exporting livestock products" thanks to the registration LEEPP 13-10.
We have different slaughter lines for both cattle and swine, and a dozen cold rooms. We also have an emergency slaughterhouse and large corrals, ensuring our customers a special care for livestock always in optimal conditions. This allows us to deliver a unique and quality service.
